What it does

A comprehensive, AI-powered Hospital Management System built specifically for healthcare providers in the United Arab Emirates — appointments, records, prescriptions, laboratory and billing in one platform, with an intelligent chatbot, four MCP (Model Context Protocol) AI servers, and full Arabic/English bilingual support.

Hospital management software built for UAE providers

Most hospital management systems sold in the UAE are international products adapted after the fact: Arabic added as a translation layer, Emirates ID typed in by hand, VAT bolted onto billing. HMS UAE was designed the other way round. Arabic and English are equal from the first screen, patients are identified by Emirates ID, invoices apply 5% UAE VAT, and records and reporting are structured to be ready for DHA, HAAD (DoH Abu Dhabi) and MOH requirements.

It covers the day-to-day of a clinic or hospital in one system: appointments across departments, a searchable doctor directory, digital medical records, e-prescriptions with pharmacy integration, laboratory orders and results, and insurance-backed billing. On top of that sits an AI layer: a bilingual assistant for staff and patients, automatic summaries of records and lab results, preliminary symptom assessment and clinical-trial matching, all served through four MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers.

We deploy HMS UAE on UAE-hosted cloud or on-premise, configure it to your departments, insurers and price lists, migrate existing patient and appointment data, and train your staff. How it works

1. Step 1. Patients are identified via Emirates ID and book or manage appointments.
2. Step 2. Records, prescriptions and lab results are captured digitally and summarised by AI.
3. Step 3. The AI chatbot and four MCP medical-AI servers — medical assistant, appointment scheduler, health records, clinical trials — assist staff and patients 24/7, in Arabic or English.
4. Step 4. VAT-compliant, insurance-integrated billing closes the loop — all DHA/HAAD/MOH ready.
