What it does
A complete staff attendance and work-hours monitoring system. Staff enrol with a photo or a live webcam capture; the system then recognises them from a webcam, IP camera or uploaded image, decides automatically whether it's a check-in or a check-out, calculates hours worked per day, and gives admins daily and weekly reports with CSV export — no cards, no fingerprints, no queues.
This system is now a live product: FaceHR, face recognition attendance and payroll for UAE companies. Any tablet, phone or PC becomes a check-in kiosk with liveness anti-spoofing (blink and head turn), field staff can check in by selfie within the office radius, and attendance flows into shifts and overtime, UAE leave types, payroll and payslips, WPS (SIF) files and end-of-service gratuity, in English and Arabic. Hosted plans start at AED 8 per employee a month.
We also publish a standalone Face Recognition app for Android on Google Play, built with OpenCV, that runs on-device recognition from the phone camera. Get it on Google Play.
How it works
- Step 1. Each enrolled person's face is converted into a numeric embedding with InsightFace's ArcFace model (ResNet-50 backbone).
- Step 2. The live camera frame — webcam, HTTP/MJPEG stream or RTSP camera — is scanned for faces and each is embedded the same way.
- Step 3. The live embedding is matched against the enrolled database by distance; on a confident match the system decides entry vs exit automatically.
- Step 4. Attendance and working hours are logged, and the admin dashboard rolls them up into daily and weekly reports.

What is FaceHR?
FaceHR is our face recognition attendance and payroll system for UAE companies. Any tablet, phone or PC becomes a check-in kiosk, and attendance flows into shifts, overtime, leave, payroll and payslips. It is live at facehr.seogeo.ae.
Can staff cheat it with a photo?
No. Check-in uses liveness anti-spoofing (a blink and a head turn), so a printed photo or a picture on another phone is not accepted.
Does it handle UAE payroll rules?
Yes. It produces WPS (SIF) salary files, calculates end-of-service gratuity under UAE Labour Law and supports UAE leave types, in English and Arabic.
What about field staff?
Field staff can check in by selfie when they are within the allowed radius of an office location, so remote and site teams are covered without extra hardware.
How much does it cost?
